Overview
The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed with a “can do” attitude. A self-starter who is not afraid of a fast-paced environment with great time management, communication skills, and an analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
You will work closely with suppliers, I-XL branches, and stakeholders in the business. You will be key in ensuring the right product is in the right location, at the right time, and in the right quantities. This is a demanding but rewarding role that will expose you to various components of the company.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (onsite)
Salary Range: 55K-60K/yr

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily branch support related to inventory, pricing, and ordering of material.
- Detailed analysis of current inventory to determine branch requirements.
- Purchase order creation and submission to suppliers.
- Generate various reports related to inventory for branches and management.
- Coordinate slow-moving inventory and placement of such inventory in the various branches.
- Generate and maintain customer price lists ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Assistance with the annual inventory count.
- Coordinate branch cycle count process and make suggestions on areas for improvement.
- Process and analyze stock adjustments.
- Maintain ERP (BisTrack).
- Track and maintain inbound shipments to branches.
- Other duties as required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed post-secondary education relating to Supply Chain Management (preferred).
- 1-3 years of Supply Chain/Inventory experience or similar.
- Understanding of logistics and shipping terminology.
- Ability to calculate product costs, margins, and selling prices.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in ERP, an asset, preferably BisTrack.
- Driven and motivated with the ability to nurture your role and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Full background check will be required.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
