This is a short overview video of the Speedymason Brick Lath Panel. This video shows how to install thin brick on an exterior install. This is not a how to video, it is simply an overview of the product.

The Ultra-Speed Speedymason and Kink Klinker System uses a specific size thin brick with the Speedymason Brick Lath Panel. When used together, you can eliminate having to go back and fill in around the thin brick with more mortar. When using this technique, an installer can install up to 34 square feet per hour, per person. That includes installing the Brick Lath, Mortar and King Klinker Thin Brick.

This method completely eliminates having to go back and bag. Installing traditional size thin brick on Speedymason is super fast, however, if it takes you 1 hour to install the panel and thin brick it will usually take another hour to bag and strike. Using the Ultra-Speed Method, you eliminate an hour of work having to go back and bag.

This style is a tight, rake joint look when finished. It can be used for interior and exterior application.

This video is a real jobsite application with Speedymason Brick Lath. This short video shows you just how to install the Brick Lath over existing sheetrock. This 200 square feet of Speedymason went up in just 2 hours.

Once the Brick Lath is on the wall, just spot bond the brick to the panel. The guides built into the Speedymason keep your brick level as you put on the thin brick.

Have you ever asked yourself what the difference is between Type N and Polymer Modified Mortar? If you are working with thin brick or stone, chances are yes.

Polymer modified mortar is required behind thin brick and stone when using Speedymason Stone Lath or Brick Lath. Polymer Modified Mortar is simply the "glue" that holds the brick or stone on the panel. There is a chemical bond between the mortar and brick and a mechanical bond onto the Speedymason. Polymer Modified mortar is easy to mix and install. It is very sticky, so be sure to keep if off the face of the brick and stone you are installing.

Type N Mortar is what is used between the joints of the brick and stone. This mortar is easy to use and is what fills in around the head and bed joints of thin brick. Type N is an above grade mortar and can be used on interior and exterior applications.
